The nominees for the 11th Annual Latin Grammy Awards are in and we are not disappointed. Leading the pack of nominations are Juan Luis Guerra, Alejandro Sanz, Daddy Yankee and more!
This year is set to be one of the most exciting years to date for the Latin Grammys! From the stars to fashion, but most importantly the music will be amazing.
As usual there are some top contenders for the most anticipated categories. Mario Domm, Jorge Drexler, Juan Luis Guerra and Alejandro Sanz each received four nominations for their great year. Daddy Yankee, Camila, Lee Levin and Tommy Torres were nominated three times each as well.
Album of the Year has some of the usual suspects, but some outstanding, worthy stars got on the list, too. Expect to see Bebe for Y., Miguel Bosé for Cardio, Camila for Dejarte De Amar, Juan Luis Guerra for A Son De Guerra and Alejandro Sánz for Paraíso Express.
Song of the Year also features some of the best artists in Latin music, nothing out of the ordinary actually. Nominees include Descemer Bueno & Enrique Iglesias for 'Cuando Me Enamoro', Alejandro Sánz & Tomas Torres for 'Desde Cuando', Rubén Blades for 'Las Calles', Mario Domm & Mónica Vélez for 'Mientes', and Jorge Drexler for 'Una Canción Me Trajo Hasta Aquí'.
Also nominated for the coveted Latin Grammy are artists like Alex Cuba, Gustavo Cerati, Mala Rodriguez, Don Omar, Nelly Furtado, Kany Garcia and many more.
