Bruschetta with Tomato
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 baguette
Directions:
Mix tomato, vinegar, oil, garlic cloves, basil, salt and pepper. Leave it rest for 30 minutes.
Cut the baguette into thin slices approximately 1/4 inch. Heat the oven to 350 F.
Toast the bread 6 to 7 minutes.
Place a teaspoon of the mixture on each toast. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
