Stuff chicken breast with spinach and gorgonzola cheese
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts 4 to 5 oz each one
3 ounces chopped fresh spinach
2 ounces gorgonzola cheese
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat a pan and sauté spinach with butter and garlic for two minutes. Remove from skillet and add the cheese. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into three parts.
Cut the chicken breast placing your palms on the breast and opening over; use salt, pepper and a teaspoon of garlic for seasoned.
Open the two parts, placing a portion of spinach on each one and roll.
Heat the oven to 350 F. Broil the chicken breast for 15 to 18 minutes.
