Jessica Alba, who has been in NYC working on her new film An Invisible Sign of My Own, is making headlines again, and not in a good way. According to a Perez Hilton reader, the Latina bombshell was quite rude when he approached her to ask for a photograph for his young nephew.

"I happened to see her right near my house, so I took my 8 year old nephew to see her (he is a big fan of Fantastic 4). I brought my camera with me and went over to her and asked if he could have a picture with her. She looked at me, looked down at my nephew and turned away from us. She then said, 'No, I do not allow my photo taken.' Needless to say my nephew was heartbroken."

Ouch, Jessica! Seems a little rude to us. We thought becoming a new Mom was supposed to soften you up a bit. We understand feeling dogged by the paparazzi, but this was just a regular, everyday fan. It's important to keep those people happy, especially when your last few movies haven't exactly been box office blockbusters. We think she may have been avoiding the photos because of the horrendous outfit they made her wear for the movie. At least that's what we're going to keep telling ourselves...
