According to one fashion guru, the answer to that question is “yes.” Tim Gunn, host of reality show “Project Runway,” reportedly criticized Miley’s wardrobe.

Gun reportedly said Miley’s clothing makes her look 25, not 15! Ouch! Perhaps Tim can intervene and give her a fashion makeover?!
