He planned to give his girlfriend an explosive Christmas gift.
According to a statement of probable cause filed in Minnesota, MI, Terry Allen Lester turned a sex toy into a bomb.
Lester used gun powder, BB shot and buck shot from shotgun shells, all attached to a trigger with a battery port.
His mischievous plan was discovered when his left behind a bag marked as "Christmas Gifts", two vibrators were found in the bag, one which was labeled as "Merry X-mas Bi***".
Evidence has lead him to be charged with felony creation and possession of an explosive or incendiary device and felony terroristic threats.
This particular case could leave Lester with 10 years imprisonment and a $20,000 fine if convicted.
It is a good thing he got caught. This is definitely a person one doesn't want to tick off.
