Sacha Baron Cohen is back -- and more shocking than ever. The Dictator is so politically incorrect, there isn't a person on Earth who won't be offended. But Sacha Baron Cohen, playing a foreign despot who comes to NYC, gets away with it because he's a total riot. It's the funniest movie of the year so far -- not quite as brilliant as Borat but better than BrĂ¼no. There's even a message (yes, a message) that makes this movie much more than just a slapstick comedy. -- Movie review by Mark McGarry
