Marc Anthony & J.Lo Buy New Miami Condo

Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez sure are excited about their new part-ownership of the NFL Miami Dolphins franchise! So much so that they just plunked down a wad of cash for a new waterfront condominium.

Last night at the Miami Dolphins home opener versus the Indianapolis Colts Anthony told people.com, "I bought a condo today in Miami. When we are through decorating the condo, it will be the sexiest place in town!"

The new beachfront property is in the Phillipe Stark designed Icon Brickell building in the Biscayne Bay area. The posh new pad boasts such amenities as a 300-foot long pool, a pilates room and a private dock.

"We are not selling our homes in New York or Los Angeles, we are just adding Miami," Anthony shared. "Now that I am involved with the Dolphins, I am busy working and see a different set of stresses than I experience being a father. So I want to be close by. And we love Miami."
