Jamie, who plays Hogwarts bad boy 'Vincent Crabbe,' was arrested in April after police reportedly found marijuana in his vehicle. According to reports, officials also discovered he was growing pot at his mother's house.

Shortly after being charged, Waylett's cast members appeared at the London premiere of 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.' Waylett apparently wasn't present for the event.

The 19-year-old actor is set to appear at a London court on July 16th.
