Ortiz, 38, and her musician hubby, Noah Lebenzon, 39, welcomed little Paloma Louise Lebenzon into the world on Saturday at 4:25 p.m. She weighed in at 7 lbs., 10 oz.

A rep for Ortiz told People.com, 'She is elated and completely glowing; she is surrounded by her friends and family and so happy to be a mom. She is just really enjoying the moment.'

Ortiz had been anxiously awaiting the arrival of her first child and was super-prepared in the days leading up to the birth, saying, 'My husband's phone number is on speed dial, my deep yoga breaths have been practiced and my bags are all packed except for the toothbrushes, so I'm all set. I'm ready to have the baby!'

Ortiz's 'Ugly Betty' baby, Mark Indelicato, couldn't be more excited for his costar. 'She will be an amazing mom,' Indelicato said, 'Ana has the biggest heart and she's so loving. ... She's definitely my second mom.'
