At his recent 30th birthday party at The Bank Nightclub in Las Vegas, the bassist and lyricist for the pop-punk band Fall Out Boy, got fed up with a photographer and things got ugly.

According to the website PerezHilton.com, Wentz spat on the photographer after he snapped a picture of him and wife, pop star Ashlee Simpson, without asking for permission.

Sources say not even Wentz's publicist could stop the enraged bassist from pursuing the photographer and finishing him with a wet one.
