It’s obvious that Disney star Lovato, 16, is not some manufactured studio princess forced to skate by on her cute face and a wavering ability to hold a note. This girl can actually sing. And she’s a skilled songwriter. We're definitely going to check her out this summer when she goes on tour with David Archuleta. If you haven’t already, it’s time to start paying close attention to Demi Lovato cause it’s likely that she’ll be around for a long time.
